The newest addition to the KAIYŌ restaurant experience is the embodiment of what KAIYŌ has been building toward.

The new KAIYŌ Restaurant is at the foundation of the Hyatt Place Hotel in SoMa, San Francisco which is also home to the KAIYŌ Rooftop bar on the 12th floor.

KAIYŌ Restaurant enhances the nikkei journey by taking guests through an immersive dining experience. Patrons are greeted by vibrant Peruvian colors and textiles in the main dining room. As one journeys through the space the Japanese influence becomes more apparent near the sushi counter where guests get an up close and personal experience with our sushi chefs.
