About KAIYO Handroll Bar

The handroll bar features a lush garden patio that invites guests to enjoy their meal in a relaxed, outdoor setting, surrounded by greenery. The interior has been thoughtfully transformed into a modern and lively environment, blending sleek design with fun, playful elements, ensuring an engaging atmosphere for all who visit.

Led by John Park, founder of KAIYŌ, the restaurant will feature culinary innovation at its finest. Renowned Executive Sushi Chef Kenji Sawada will work in tandem with KAIYŌ Executive Chef Alex Reccio to craft a carefully curated menu of handrolls that fuse the best of Japanese and Peruvian cuisines.

In addition to an exceptional selection of handrolls, KAIYŌ Handroll Bar will feature a full bar, offering a carefully crafted cocktail menu curated by Danny Louie, one of San Francisco's most acclaimed mixologists.
