KAIYŌ Rooftop is doing Independence Day the nikkei way with a rooftop cookout on the 3rd & 4th of July! Enjoy fresh grilled anticuchos, succulent sides, and mouth watering drink specials only during the celebrations.
The event will begin 2pm-close on July 3 and 1pm to close on July 4.
Guests can make regular reservations to enjoy the holiday among the San Francisco skyline!

KAIYŌ is celebrating Peruvian Independence!
A weekend full of authentic Peruvian celebrations.
Friday July 26th the KAIYŌ Restaurant on the 1st floor of the Hyatt hotel will begin delicious Peruvian dinner and drink specials! You can also find the cocktails at the KAIYŌ Rooftop on the 12th floor.
Saturday July 27th the KAIYŌ Rooftop fun really begins with delicious brunch specials starting in the morning and an anticucho grillout (Peruvian grilled skewers!) we'll be running until we sell out!
Sunday July 28th is Peruvian Independence Day! Reserve a spot at the KAIYŌ Rooftop to celebrate in the San Francisco skyline with a live salsa band, ice luge for infused pisco shots, those delicious food and drink specials, and a limited quantity of free KAIYŌ Peruvian Independence Day T-Shirt!
